Open Position : Temporary HR Assistant
- Process semi-monthly payroll, including time card reviews
- Assist recruiting: screen resumes, post open positions
- Administer benefit programs
- Input/update personnel data to HR system in computer
- Organize physical personnel files
- Update HR policy, procedure and manuals
- Process invoices
- Other duties assigned by HR manager.
- Previous HR experience in labor/employment law and policy/procedure preferred.
- Ability to understand Korean preferred.
- Previous experience with ADP WorkforceNow or ability to learn new computer system quickly.
- MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel skills
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, good teamwork
