[Job Summary]

Sales Assistant Manager’s primary role consists of managing and executing sales revenue of the company by exercising broad yet detailed discretion towards the monthly and yearly sales plan. Communication with customers on a daily basis in planning, managing, developing and executing of IT and Mobile related products, demand, technology and sales. Also responsible for creating new business opportunities by carefully executing analysis of market outlook, advanced technology in display products in accordance with company’s product road map readiness. This position also requires decision-making skills, overall sales management skills and must have a strong customer-oriented mindset to initiate strategic products proposals and engage, maintain customer relationships.

 

[Responsibility]

  • Sales Management
    • Overall sales management and customer support
    • Mass production volume management
    • RP management: monthly/yearly sales goal settings and execution
    • Forecast and production management
    • Sales achievement: maximize revenue and gross profit
  • Customer Support
    • Direct communication with customers on a daily basis (conf. call, face-to-face meeting)
    • Devise and develop strategic relationship with customers
    • Driving customer satisfaction and loyalty
    • Understand and follow up on customers’ needs and work with corresponding teams to find and provide appropriate solutions
    • Problem solving when issues arise (clarify customer’s requirements)
  • New Business Initiation
    • Initiate and participate in daily/quarterly business review with customer to learn and identify customers’ strategies and objectives to align current and future product line up
    • Align company’s product/tech. readiness with customers’ end products
    • Proactively participate in communication from product design concept, manufacturing process, managing prototypes/development samples to mass production
    • Arrange and participate in Business, Promotion, Technology alignment meetings.
    • Build a strategic business relationship by setting up and coordinating both companies’ top management level meetings.
  • Technology Leadership
    • Studying and maintaining in depth knowledge on company products, IT products, and market trend
    • Market Research: in-depth IT product knowledge, market trend, learning strategic biz approach
